Q
- How much experience does HALTON have when it comes to manufacturing
wrapping equipment & end of the line systems?
A
- HALTON has over 30 years of manufacturing and design experience
in this field with thousands of satisfied customers to prove it.

Q
- How do I know which type of machine would be best for me?
A
- HALTON offers an extensive product line that ranges from turning
your product to spinning our equipment around your pallets. Depending
on the load type, pallet size and weight, and your production needs,
we’ll supply you with the most cost-effective wrapping solution
just for you. <top>
Q
- Will HALTON custom-design a machine for our company’s specific
requirements?
A
- That’s our specialty ! Many of the larger manufacturers of equipment
mass produce one or two lines of machinery looking strictly from
a profit perspective. But, we choose to build selectively with that
old adage - “QUALITY, not quantity”. Once you tell us your requirements,
we’ll match them with a custom built machine. <top>
Q
- Do I have to order replacement parts directly from HALTON?
A
- Absolutely Not! We’ve designed our machinery specifically to be
the easiest in the marketplace to repair and maintain. Our standard
off-the-shelf components can be obtained throughout North America.
And if by chance you come across a part that you cannot locate,
give us a call and we’ll help you find it or send you the part out
of our stock.

Q
- How does HALTON compare price-wise to the competition?
A
- YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR - that’s all we have to say! Beware of
the manufacturers who appear to be giving away their machinery.
There are many reasons why their machines are so cheap and the main
one is QUALITY. If you want a machine that you’ll have to replace
a year or two from now, then by all means - buy cheap. But if you
want a wrapping system that’ll last you for decades with minimal
maintenance and repairs, then we’re the company for you. We pride
ourselves on building High Quality Heavy-duty machinery. You
can have only two of the following options: cheap, fast or good
quality. <top>
-
If you want it cheap and fast, the quality will be terrible.
-
If you want it good and fast - it won’t be cheap.
-
If you want it cheap and good, you’ll have to wait, cause it won’t
be fast.
Q
- What is an E-ZEE FEED Pre-Stretch System and how does it work?
A
- The E-ZEE FEED Pre-Stretch System is a HALTON design that allows
you to save money on your film costs by stretching your dollar (pardon
the pun!). It provides up to 300% ratio of stretch and stays true
to it’s name of being easy to feed. Many systems on the market today
require film threading - this means that the operator would have
to put his hands near dangerous pinch points. That’s how costly
accidents happen. We took the risk factor out of threading by having
the operator simply open the film carriage door, pull the film across,
and close the door. It’s as E-ZEE as that! <top>
Q
- How are HALTON machines built?
A
- They are built to last. Every product that bears the HALTON name
is conceived, designed and manufactured in our plant. We use only
the heaviest duty structural steel (absolutely NO plastic) so that
your machine will still be running for as long as you need it to.

A
- That's easy ! Just give us a call and we’ll point you in the right
direction. <top>
